Privacy Policy
Push Pull Legs · Last updated August 29, 2026
Push Pull Legs is a personal workout tracker. This policy explains what the app stores and how optional sign-in works.
Data on your phone
Your exercise list and workout history are stored on the device. You can use the app without creating an account.
Optional account and backup
If you sign in with Apple or Google, finished workouts and your exercise catalog are also stored in Firebase under your account so you can back up and restore them. Sign-in is used only to identify your account.
What we do not do
- We do not show ads.
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not use your workouts for advertising or analytics products.
Deleting your data
In Settings → Account you can sign out or delete your account. Deleting your account removes the cloud copy of your workouts and catalog and deletes the sign-in. Data that remains only on the phone can be removed by deleting the app.
